EXAM SCHEDULE – January 2012

    • One exam will be written each day.  We will follow each exam with one 90 minute class.  Once the class is over at 12:30pm, students in grade 9 – 12 are dismissed for the afternoon.  There will be regular classes for Middle School as they do not write exams in January.

  • If you are scheduled to write an exam, the schedule will be as follows:

      8:10 – 8:23                   Homeroom

      8:40 – 10:40                 Exam

      10:40 – 11:00               Recess

      11:00 – 12:30               Class

12:30 – Dismissal for the afternoon

  • If you do not have an exam, you will be going to your regularly scheduled class. The schedule will be as follows:

8:10 – 8:23                    Homeroom

8:26 – 10:40                  Class

10:40 – 11:00                Recess

11:00 – 12:30                Class

12:30 – Dismissal for the afternoon

    • Students who miss an exam must have a doctor’s note in order to make up the exam.  It will be determined by the administration if you will be permitted to write the exam.
    • Students may not bring anything but pen/pencil (or other materials deemed necessary by the teacher) into the examination room (auditorium).  Teachers will ask students to put wrist watches at the front of the room.
    • Any student caught with a cell phone during the exam will receive a ZERO.
    • Students should try to use the whole exam time.  Students will not be allowed to leave the exam before the end of the time.
  • Any student caught cheating, talking to another student, making eye contact with another student, or looking around the room to make eye contact will receive a zero for the exam.
  • All FINAL EXAMS will be written in the Auditorium.
  • Student will not be permitted to enter the examination room until directed to do so.
  • All students should return their exam to the appropriate teacher.
  • Students must turn in their textbooks prior to writing their exams.
