Haiti still needs our help “Every Little Effort Amounts to Something Big!” Telethon to Benefit Haiti: Live on VSB CH. 11 and CITV Ch.2 TONIGHT from 7:30-10:30pm. The Telethon is sponsored by KeyTech Ltd. and the Caribbean Associations in Bermuda. See the attached flyer.
Saving for College: Imagine your child coming to you with an acceptance letter from "the college”. “St. Nicholas Orphanage Help” Dinner Theatre: Grade 4 will be hosting a “St. Nicholas Orphanage Help” Dinner Theatre on March 27th starting at 5:30pm to benefit the orphanage in Kenya. We are hoping to raise enough funds to help build a classroom. Various MSA students (and some teachers) will knock your socks off with upbeat dance routines for your viewing pleasure…it’s guaranteed to be a THRILLER! A delicious lasagna dinner awaits you! Come out and support our talented students!!!!!! Tickets will be on sale in the School Office starting Monday, March 8th. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children 11 and under. Attached Flyer.
Principals’ Kite Competition: Open to all students. Bring in your homemade Bermuda kite during the week of March 29th. There will be many prizes. Judging will be at 10am on Wednesday, March 31st. Bermuda Kites Only!!
Lil’ Saints Camp: It is that time of year again! We are pleased to announce the registration of the ever popular Mount Saint Agnes Academy, Lil’ Saints, Summer Fun Camp. As always, the staff will be comprised of Mount Saint Agnes teachers as well as University and upper level high-school assistants. Summer camp will run from Tuesday, June 22 till Wednesday, July 28, 2010! Due to the longer school year and the public holiday, we will offer supervision this year the three days of Cup Match week. This is a first for us and we look forward to being able to help in this area! Please see the attached documents for Sun Policy and Registration Form. After camp hours are from 4-5:30. Registration for weeks 1-3 will close on Friday, May 14, 2010. No registration forms for those three weeks will be accepted after that time. You may still register for weeks 4-6 after that date.

Contemporary Art Summer Camp July 2010: Kaleidoscope Arts Foundation (KAF) is excited to be collaborating once again with the Bermuda National Gallery (BNG) to bring you a summer art camp based on the art featured in the 2010 Bacardi Limited Exhibition of Contemporary Bermuda Art. Ages 5-14. Dates: July 5 - 9; July 12 - 16; July 19- 23. Time: 9:00 am-3:00pm. Students will view work at the BNG, meet some of the artists participating in the Biennial, and create original artwork at KAF. Students will also learn about internationally renowned contemporary artists who work in similar genres as some of the Bermudian artists featured in the Biennial exhibition. Students will develop their vocabulary for contemporary art, while exploring the many media and messages of contemporary artists, local and overseas. The one-week camps will run from July 5- 23. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to learn, be inspired, and create! Inspirational Books For Sale: Local Author Kandi White gives an inside look on those who have found their purpose and offer the guidance of these professionals who touch lives every single day. Hours of Pure Gold – Kids Journal and Wake Up Live the Life You Love – In Service are now on sale in our community. They were written out of her love for God and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and wants to give back to others.
Part proceeds from sales have been donated to Tomorrow’s Voices – Bermuda Autism Early Intervention Centre and this will continue until all books are sold. With the proceeds from each book (Journal $22, In Service $21), give $5 to Tomorrow’s Voices, $5 to MSA for use by the school in some way that will benefit the students or giving to a charity of your choice, and $5 to World Vision specifically for the Haiti disaster fund. Volunteers Needed St. Theresa’s Gift Shop has not been able to open on some days due to the lack of volunteers and they need your help.
